We had an amazing experience with Poolmax Inc. Dave came out to estimate for a possible pool resurface due to our pool having an algae issue. We ended up not only resurfacing but adding a spa, new coping, new tile and switched from plaster to pebble with new pretty tile and a new pool filter system.  They were extremely professional with competitive pricing, and we had great communication along the way. They beat their timeline by 2 weeks… and this was even with the rainy weather in Corona this spring. I was blown away by the result, and honestly couldn’t be happier. Dave was our Estimator and project manager throughout the entire process. He was very professional and definitely would use again. Poolmax did an awesome job on our pool.  Everything was handled professionally from design, pulling permits, digging the hole, and plumbing to the final details with the stone, pebble tech, and tile.  They suggested an extra large spa to have for the cooler months and they were right. Our family has been using it every weekend since the end of summer.  Go with the glass Liberace tile and an extra large baja step for lounging.  You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been having a problem with my new pool heater(High heat fault error message),Pool Max came out and checked everything out thoroughly, Dave was able to resolve my problem, He was very professional and showed up on time, told me exactly what my problem was and fixed it. Don’t hesitate on having Pool Max come out and  solve any of your pool problems he did a great job, now we were able to use the pool this weekend!

GREAT work. We had our pool re-plastered and wanted a few last minute add-ons like tile re-grouting and pool light upgrade. They were immensely knowledgable and happy to service us. Also GREAT communication! So lucky to have hired the BEST!

We were so pleased with our experience at PoolMax! The whole team was amazing, especially Maggie. She was incredibly responsive to any questions or adjustments we had. Whenever we have any things that needed to be adjusted or fixed, it was done the next day. Seriously! And she was completely good natured plus smart about every aspect of the process. The whole experience was easy, fast and efficient. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite and did great work. Even one of the inspectors from the city said, unprompted, that Pool Max was really great. (We got a new hot tub, driveway, fence and hardscape on our courtyard).

Poolmax is amazing. Dan is the man. He came in and saved my husband and I from a nightmare con artist of a prior pool contractor, who left us with rebar to stare at and abandoned our job site. FYI – NEVER USE CRAIG KING! He will scam you!

These guys are fantastic. After having to fire two other pool contractors, Dan and his crew came out a couple of times to really understand the project. The communication with the entire team from the city, engineers, and architects has been seamless and transparent. Poolmax is currently building two massive retaining walls to prep for the pool they’re building. They are extremely quick and efficient. Unlike the last pool company, all their equipment is on-site and owned by them, so the cost of renting it is not passed on to us which helps them be much more competitive. If you are looking for a company that is professional, detail-oriented, and efficient, these are your guys.

Dan was very honest and explained to me the process of finding the leak and the repair. It’s hard to find businesses with ethics, honesty and that stand behind their work. I would use Dan’s Poolmax again for any repairs to my pool/spa and any other repairs in the backyard.

Dan Cortez went above and beyond for our home and treated my family like his family. The attention to detail and continual follow up on our project is bar none the best I have ever experienced with any contractor. We completed the entire front of our house, build a new deck, redid our pool, added a water heater and built a built in backyard barbecue and he did it at a very affordable price in a very reasonable amount of time. Great work, great service and a great visionary behind the company.

I had the best experience with Aaron. He was extremely professional, helpful, courteous and knew what he was doing. After other pool leak guys and plumbers who pressure check my equipment twice and found nothing, I wasn’t convinced. I found Aaron at pool Max. He was the only one that found the leak and made me feel I wasn’t going crazy. I wish I found him sooner. They are the cheapest but the BEST. Don’t go anywhere else! Just got our pool finished & couldn’t be happier with the results. Poolmax for sure knows what they are doing. They walked us through the whole process step by step. Everyone that worked for the company were super friendly & hard workers. I would highly recommend them if your looking to get a pool or pool maintenance they are your guy!
