Before any heavy machinery arrives, our team will physically mark the exact footprint of your new pool in your yard, allowing you to see its precise placement and scale. We also meticulously locate and flag all underground utilities to ensure a safe, conflict-free dig.
Once the layout is confirmed, we break ground. Our skilled excavation crews use specialized equipment to carefully carve out the exact dimensions of your approved design, shaping the varying depths, custom lounging benches, steps, and integrated spas with pinpoint accuracy.
While excavation is an inherently heavy-duty process, we prioritize treating your home with the utmost respect. We strategically plan access routes to minimize the impact on your existing property, and all excavated soil is promptly hauled away unless it is being repurposed for landscape grading. In the rare event that we encounter unexpected geological challenges unique to Southern California—such as hard rock or a high water table—our experienced team and structural engineers are fully prepared to address and adapt to these conditions immediately, keeping your project moving forward safely and efficiently.
