The hidden infrastructure

Plumbing & Electrical
Duration: 2-4 days | The hidden infrastructure
With the excavation complete, the plumbing and electrical crews arrive to install the infrastructure that will keep your pool clean, heated, and illuminated. This phase is critical because all pipes and conduits must be embedded within the pool shell before the concrete is applied.
Plumbing includes main drain lines at the pool floor, skimmer connections at the water surface, return jet lines that circulate filtered water back into the pool, and dedicated lines for any water features, spa jets, or deck jets you have selected. All plumbing connects back to an equipment pad where your pump, filter, heater, and other systems will be installed.
Electrical conduits are
run for underwater LED lights, pool automation controls, and any powered features. All electrical work must comply with local codes for bonding and grounding, which are essential safety requirements for any body of water.
